Full Description

NE - SW ditch of Romano British date. Thought to represent a drainage feature associated with the known nearby Romano-British settlement at Norden, though located away from settlement focus. Identified within 3 evaluation trenches and was visible in plan over a length of 25m+. The ditch had a constant width of 1m and a depth of 0.15m. 3 sherds of Romano British coarseware were recovered from the fill of the ditch.
