Full Description

Items recovered from the wreck of the Berar located near the undercliff, west of Charlton Bay (Lyme Regis): 1 x deadlight (1); 2 x brass pump valves; 3 x items of silver cutlery; 1 x brass armvalve/leaver with lead counterweight; 1 x clock? Gear, assorted crockery (broken); 1 x oil lamp (burners only); 1 x octant (2).

This wreck is in Devon!

… GPS; 50 41.90N; 03 00.29W. Captain L. Bertolotte. Cargo: Large quantities of sawn timber. This is veery much a Devon wreck going asore at a point between Culverhole Point and the centre of Charlton Bay but accessible from Weymouth/Portland. (4).
