Full Description

Typical type 25 pillbox built in situ with corrugated sheeting and concrete. At the rear it is now covered by a very large quantity of clay from the surrounding cliffs making access impossible. Entrance at the rear and 3 embrasures. It is half full of shingle. The concrete was made using beach shingle. with PLANS and measurements. Walls 15ins thick, embrasures 23ins narrowing to 13ins.(1)
