`Weymouth, 25th Nov. We have experienced one of the severest hurricanes that ever visited this coast...Part of a vessel marked George Judd, Portsmouth, and LOUISA, Cudmore, has been washed on shore. (1) `Dreadful effects of the late tempest: ...Weymouth - ...The LOUISA smack of Exeter is totally lost. Codner, the master, is saved - two men drowned.
