Samuel Lazenbury, a dyer and tailor, later a dyer and scourer, in West Street, Bridport is listed in Trade Directories from 1848 to 1865 (1) (2). He later moves to Barrack Street and is listed there between 1875-1880. The precise location of his dye works in West Street is not known.
