Summary

A manor house built around 1798. The building has walls covered in plaster and a hipped slate roof with wide eaves. A wing was added to the rear in the 19th century. A feature of the front is a central open portico supported by Tuscan style columns. Surviving original features are reported to include some fireplaces, cornices and joinery. A former bakehouse at one end of the service range has a large open fireplace, bread oven and well.
