Summary

Originally a mid nineteenth century cottage; enlarged in the early twentieth century in Arts and Crafts style. Rear range has roughcast walls, slate roofs part hipped, part gabled, roughcast stacks. Front range has walls of rubble stone up to first floor level with stone slate hanging above and a stone slate hipped roof. Interesting example of Arts and Crafts design.
