Summary

Farmhouse, probably late eighteenth century. Walls of flint with some brick banding with a hipped thatched roof and 2 brick stacks on ridge. It does not appear on the 1769-71 map but is on that of 1811.

‘(17) LONG ASH FARM (78920108), house, 600 yds. N.W. of the foregoing, is two-storied and has walls of rubble, flint, brick and cob, and thatched roofs. As with (16) the house was built after 1769–71 and before 1811.’
