Two adjacent tumuli marked on the Ordnance Survey 25-inch maps epochs 1 and 2. (1) (2) (3)
This is possibly a double round barrow.

The mounds had been destroyed by housing development by 1909, as evidenced by the Ordnance Survey 25-inch map epoch 3 (4).

A. SZ 0936 9403: Tumulus.
B. SZ 0975 9398: Tumulus.
C. SZ 0929 9376: Tumuli.
D. SZ 0965 9388: Tumulus. (1)

D: Diameter 40 feet. Height 4 feet. Traces of ditch. Pine Road and the wall of "Dalston" encroach upon the ditch. A deep trench has been dug into it. (2)

Area now developed, no visible remains. (3)
