Full Description
SZ 070964. Seventy-three Palaeolithic handaxes and about 50 flakes from Brixey and Good's Pit, East Howe, are now in the British Museum. <1>
Lower Palaeolithic implements have been found at Brixey and Good's Pit, Redhill Common, East Howe, including 90 handaxes, 2 roughouts, 1 retouched flake, 45 flakes, 5 Levallois flakes and 5 miscellaneous objects. <1-2>
