(SZ 07719668) Early bronze age beaker found AD 1935 <1>

Found by Bournemouth Gas & Water Co in Broadway, Kinson during July 1935. It was about 2 ft below the surface; the site was not examined. The ware is of the usual reddish brown colour with a darker body and it contains a fair amount of burnt flint and grit. Site now built over. <2>
