Full Description

A much rolled Acheulian axe 4 1/2 ins long and 1 1/8 ins thick, patinated dark yellow; found at Pokesdown. Also a smaller implement, rolled and yellow, 2 5/8 ins long and 7/8 ins thick, found in the same area. (Date unspecified) From Dr Longstaff's Coll. (1)
