Fragments of two Bronze Age urns were found in 1934 in a pasture field close to the river Stour in 1934. The present location of the urns is not known. These urns were described as Late Bronze Age when they were discovered, but as the pots can not now be located, it is unclear what is their precise type and date, so have just been described as 'Bronze Age'.
