Summary

A mound interpreted as a possible Bronze Age bowl barrow. In 1970 this monument was reported as being around 33 feet in diameter with a mound about 3½ feet high. A hole in the mound suggests that the barrow may have been the subject of antiquarian investigation.

Full Description

B - Bowl barrow, 11 paces diameter and 3ft. High. Measurements supplied by A F Southall. <2>

Mound, possible barrow. It's diameter is 21ft and its height is 1.5ft. Its top has been opened and to its east is a circular depression. <4>

B: SY 84088025. A probable bowl barrow, 11m. E. to W. and 13m. N to S. It is 1.2m. High. Both barrows are much mutilated. Surveyed at 1:2500 on M.S.D. (see ground photograph). <6>
