Full Description

One of two lime kilns marked on the 1888 25-inch Ordnance Survey map behind the Charmouth Cement Factory. It was probably built as part of the cement factory in 1854. It is not shown' on the 1903 25-inch Ordnance Survey map.

The site was visited in 1992-93 by Peter Stanier, who found no surviving traces of the kiln. (1)
