Summary

A chapel formed or was situated very close to the north range of Wolfeton House. By around 1800 the chapel was a ruin, and it was pulled down.

Full Description

On the North side (of Wolfeton House) was a small cloister, leading to what was the chapel, in which some of the family (Wests Lords Delawarr and their Ancestors) were married within memory, but it has been since pulled down. <1>

Traces of its foundations were found during excavations some 50 years ago. <2>

The site is grass covered and no trace of the chapel remains above ground level. <4>

A chapel stood near the original north range of Wolfelton House. It was ruinous circa 1800 and was pulled down. <5>
