(SZ 02368282) Limpet-shells and flakes found by T G Longstaff of Picket Hill in 1918. Evidently a flint workshop. <1>

No limpet-shells but several 'wasters' were found around the 'Agglestone'. <2>

‘AGGLESTONE: Limpet shells and flakes were found by T.G.Longstaff of Rickett Hill in 1918. Evidently a flint workshop. No limpet shells but several wasters were found around the Agglestone in 1952. The site lies in heather and gorse covered heathland. OS SZ08SW16. 7/7/C.’
