Summary

A bowl barrow reported in 1970 as being around 100 feet in diameter with a mound around five feet high and a surrounding ditch. A hollow on top of the mound suggests that the barrow has been partly disturbed, probably by antiquarian activity.

Full Description

A bowl barrow, diameter 15.0m., height 1.6m., with indications of a ditch and hollow centre,. Situated in a fir plantation. <2>

A bowl barrow in Morden Park. <3>

SY 90369338. Ditched bowl (?) barrow, 45ft diameter and 5ft high situated on almost level ground has a disturbed and tree-covered top. <4>

SY 90359338. Bowl barrow, as described (4) with vague and unsurveyable traces of a ditch. Re-surveyed at 1:2500 on M.S.D. <5>
