Summary

(SY 95748225) An 18th century single-span bridge of coursed stone rubble with ashlar dressings has a round to segmental arch with keystones. The parapets curve outwards at each end. <1>

‘(7) BRIDGE, over Corfe River (390 yds. N.W.), of coursed Purbeck stone rubble with ashlar dressings of the same material, was built in the 18th century. It is of a single span with a round to segmental arch with keystones; the parapets curve outwards at each end.’
