Summary

A bowl barrow on a slight rise. In 1970 this monument was described as being around 36 feet in diameter with a mound about 3 feet high and an irregular surface.

Full Description

A small bowl barrow. <2>

The diameter of this mound is 9.0 metres and the height 0.7 metres. There is no visible sign of a berm or a ditch. Composed of blackish earth and small flints, it is sparsely covered with heather. No surface finds were made in the vicinity of this bowl barrow, which is on a military firing range. The main mutilation seems to have been caused by rabbits. <3>
