‘In 1965 Mr P.A. Brown found a barbed and tanged flint arrowhead at Norden, south of the light railway and old clay workings west of the Wareham Road (SY956826). It had lost its tip, part of the tang and one barb, and was probably a little over 2 ins. Long. He found another, smaller example with one damaged barb, in plough soil in the S.W. corner (92977971) of the field north of the Bradle Barn settlement described in Vols 78 and 85 of these proceedings. There are many unworked flakes in the same field mainly in the S.E. quarter.(932797)’
