A barrow marked on the 1811 Ordnance Survey map. The monument is not shown on later maps, and is thought to have been destroyed.

Full Description

A barrow is shown on OS 1" 1811 at about SY87759595. (Not shown on subsequent OS editions and therefore presumably destroyed). <1>

The area is under crop and no barrow is visible on the ground or on air photographs. The farmer states there is no mound or evidence of stone when ploughing. <2>
