Summary

One of a line of three barrows on the centre of a ridge. In 1970 this monument was described as a very slight mound around 54 feet in diameter, spread and reduced by ploughing.

'B'. SY 83429662. A probable barrow. <1>

'B' - Indications of a vague mound are visible, but too obscured by crops to permit positive identification or measurements. <2>

'B' - (103) - SY 83429662. Bowl barrow, 54ft diameter and 6ins. high. <3-4>

"SY 834967. Round barrow north of Millum Head. Scheduled". <5>

'B'. Investigation not possible because of crops, but nothing visible from a distance. <6>
