Full Description
This barrow has a dimeter of 12.0 metres and a height in the southern quadrant of 2.0 metres with no trace of a surrounding ditch. It is much pitted by tree planting trenches. A tree and heather covered Bowl Barrow. <2>

A conifer covered bowl barrow, with traces of a ditch 1.0 metres wide and 0.3 metres deep, visible on the north and south sides. See ground photograph. Revised at 1:2500 on M.S.D. <5>
A bronze age round barrow is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery of Bere Heath <6-7>. It is approximately 11.5m in diameter with a surrounding outer ditch approximately 1m wide. It is one of two potential round barrows located in close proximity to one another (see also MDO7102). This feature was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
