Full Description

Upwey Manor House built circa 1639 had no manorial rights but was part of the property of Salisbury Cathedral. <2>

Upwey Manor House is a stone-built structure of two storeys and attics constructed circa 1639 on an H-shaped plan, with extensions and alterations in the late 17th and early 20th centuries. Above the site of the original doorway is a datestone 1639. Grade 2*. <4>

SY 66688425. Upway Manor (name confirmed) remains as described by RCHM <4>; in excellent preservation. <5>
