‘RADIPOLE … Radipole village (SY66728135) Service trenching in Radipole Lane, in October 1985, exposed part of a stone culvert running north-east/south-west below the pavement on the north side of the street, close to the churchyard boundary. It was possible that a branch of the culvert extended north towards the Old Manor. No dating evidence was found.’
