ST 610 155. Over 200 flints have been collected from a wide area by Mr J Fowler. Predominantly flakes and cones, they indicate small round scrapers, end scrapers, fragments of Neolithic Celts, and three barbed-and-tanged arrow-heads of the Early Bronze Age. Mr Fowler further records a cremation in the face of a quarry.

(ST 610161). Fragments of a Late Bronze Age cinerary urn, taken to Sherborne Castle Museum, are mentioned with quantities of ashes, bone and flint flakes. <1>
