Barrow. A round barrow at Knowlton is visible as cropmarks on 1950s aerial photographs. The barrow is probably Bronze Age in origin and forms part of the Knowlton Barrow Group. The feature was digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.

A round barrow at Knowlton is visible as cropmarks on 1950s aerial photographs (2). The feature measures approximately 29.5m in diameter and has a single 1.6m wide external ditch. The barrow is probably Bronze Age in origin and forms part of the Knowlton Barrow Group.

The barrow is also visible as a cropmark in 2005 (3).

The feature was digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.
