Cremation with large headed iron nails in cist, Romano-British?
A slight mound 9 feet in diameter by 6 inches high is situated at SU 02071769. Grinsell <1> thought it might be a barrow excavated by Colt Hoare, but the Royal Commission <3> has identified it as not a barrow but an angle of a 'Celtic' field.
