Summary

A round barrow of a type known as a bowl barrow. One of a scattered group located in Drive Plantation immediately south of the Dorset Cursus. In 1975 this monument was reported as being about 70 feet in diameter with a mound about 3½ feet high. The monument is in woodland.

Full Description

A bowl barrow, one of a scattered group located in Drive Plantation immediately south of the Dorset Cursus (Linear 41). It was described by RCHME as a mound 70 feet in diameter and 3.5 feet high. NB this barrow was originally described as part of SU 01 NW 73. <1-2>
