A bowl barrow situated on the eastern edge of a small escarpment. Diameter 13.0m, average height 1.0m. No visible ditch. Mutilated in the west quandrant by military operations. <3>

As described by authority 3. Average height 1.1.m. Published survey (25" 1908) revised. <4>

No change. Published NSL 1/2500 survey correct. <5>

This feature has been destroyed by tracks. <6>

A heather covered bowl barrow situated on the eastern edge of a small escarpment. Diameter 13m average height 1m. No visible ditch, mutilated in the west quadrant by military operations.

The barrow is visible on aerial photographs of the 1940s <7> and on current Lidar imagery <8>. The west side has been destroyed by a military structure associated with a heavy anti-aircraft battery (MDO39543).

The barrow was digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP.
