Full Description
Three barrows are marked on the OS 1st edition map at the locations of MDO5979, MDO5980 and MDO5981. <1>
Three bowl barrows, that on West being largest. <3>
Three bowl barrows prominently situated on a southern spur. `A' - diameter 16.0m, height 1.5m. Flat topped, probably due to recent construction of O.S. Trig. Block. The group is heather-covered, in fair condition, with no visible ditches. <4>

(These four barrows were formerly scheduled number Hampshire 457 but are now number Dorset 854). <7>
SU 121004. Four round barrows on Foxbury Hill. Scheduled. <8>
One of a small group of four round barrows. A small mound is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP <9-10>. The site is under scrubby vegetation on recent imagery, its condition could not be accessed <11>.
