Summary

A ring ditch visible as a cropmark on air photographs. Circa 23 metres in diameter, it is located about 130 metres northwest of the Dorset Cursus, and is one of a dispersed cluster of plough-levelled barrows in the vicinity of the modern village of Pentridge.

SU 03211827 A ring ditch discovered by Hoare during the drought of 1975 in the field north of Bowling Green Lane was 75 ft in diameter with a ditch 10 ft wide. Photographed and surveyed. <2>
