The flints, found and reported by Ken Standing, were examined by G. Dowdell. {1}

'Late Neolithic flint scatter: Colehill, SU 03810158. This site is on the 38 m contour of the northrn dip slope of Cannon Hill. The area is part of a Forestry Commission plantation, which has been cleared of trees and ploughed ready for replanting; prior to this use the area was heathland. The following flints have been recovered. One class 'A' end scraper, one retouched flake and a core fragment.'
