Summary

Strip lynchets on the east slope of Dungeon Hill. Four contour strip lynchets are visible as earthwork terraces. Medieval or possibly post-medieval in date. They measure 180 to 200 metres in length and average 2.5 metres in height. The terraces are from 4 to 14 metres wide.

Four well-preserved Medieval or later contour strip lynchets, detail published (a) at ST 69140736, upon a steep, east-facing pasture slope measure 180.0 to 200.0m in length and average 2.5m in height. The terraces are from 4.0 to 14.0m in width. 1:2500 AM revised. <3>
