Summary

A bowl barrow reported in 1975 as being about 50 feet in diameter with a mound one foot high and much reduced by ploughing. Part of the Wyke Down Group of barrows.

Full Description

A bowl barrow, part of the barrow group on Wyke Down (SU 01 NW 35 and associated monuments). It was described by RCHME as a plough-levelled mound previously measured as being circa 50 feet in diameter and 1 foot high. <1, 2>

NB this barrow was formerly recorded as part of SU 01 NW 35.
