Polished stone Axe of Group 1. Found in Holwell Marsh, Cranborne. Dorchester Museum 1886. 5. 1. [Area centred SU 06591302]. <2>

Similar information to T.1. A greenstone axe. Group. 1. being a petrological classification. Twenty-eight identical axes have been classified in the group, the original provenance of the greenstone has not been ascertained. <1>

No further information was obtained about this artifact. From the Museum number in T1 it was found prior to 1886. Holwell Marsh is now a watercress bed. <3>
