Full Description

Mound, 20 paces in diameter by 2 ft in height, situated on arable. Probably a natural outcrop, of which there are others nearby. <1>

A well-pronounced mound, doubtfully a barrow, about 20m diameter by 1.0m high, surrounded by a mass of building debris and oyster shells. Another similar mound, apparently natural, lies 40.0m to the north west. <2>

Viewed from a distance, the field appeared to be regularly ploughed and was in established grass. Lies on the crest of a narrow spur. <4>
