Summary

The probable site of a Bronze Age round barrow is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM. The site comprises a ring ditch 20m across with an internal mound which is still visible as a slight earthwork on lidar imagery.

SY 84239763. A soil mark suggesting the former existence of a barrow is also visible on air photograph. <1>
The probable site of a Bronze Age round barrow is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs <4> and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM. The site comprises a ring ditch 20m across with an internal mound which is still visible as a slight earthwork on lidar imagery <5>.
