Full Description
A circular mound in the corner of a field to the southwest of Ryme Intrinsica is visible as an earthwork of around 12-13m in diameter on lidar and satellite imagery. It is of uncertain origin; the feature is very crisp on lidar but is tentatively visible on an aerial photograph dated 1972. It cannot be verified as an early feature and might be modern but could possibly be a Bronze Age barrow (EA 2022; DC 1972; GE 2005; GE 2022).
