Full Description

Part of a medieval or earlier field system to the northeast of Knighton is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery. The linear and curvilinear earthworks form large enclosures that potentially conform with the extant historic field boundaries, but in places appear to underlie these, which could infer an early origin (EA 2022).
