Summary

A ring ditch recorded during excavation in 2018 of a site proposed for development. The ring ditch (9001) was slightly elliptical in shape, measuring approximately 19m by 18m, and filled with material derived partly from erosion of the sides, with no evidence of any surviving mound material. The upper filling of the ditch contained small quantities of worked flint, burnt flint and pottery.
