Full Description

A broadly east-west aligned lynchet and possible hollow way to the east of Sandford Manor House, Sandford Orcas. The lynchet is respected by the post medieval field system recorded by the 1st and 2nd ed OS maps, and is cut by a post medieval quarry (recorded separately) at its east end. A deep set trackway leads through the field to the west of the lynchet, and then continues, following it to the east, possibly a hollow way. <1-4>
