Full Description

ST95791124 Cropmark of ring ditch (FR 6-7/30). <2>

There appears to have been some confusion over the grid reference as the aerial photographs cited as source 1 actually show the round barrows recorded as ST 91 SE 7, 57, 100 and 191 (UIDs: 210011, 210101, 210144 and 1305012). Alternatively, since the area was extensively examined by the Piggotts in 1938, it must have been ploughed out by then. Not visible on the ground and not recommended for scheduling. <4>
