Full Description
Medieval lynchets to the west of Stafford's Green, Sandford Orcas, are visible as earthworks on Google Earth and lidar imagery. The lynchets are located on the slopes either side of a small valley and are respected by, or perhaps form part of, historic trackways leading from Sandfor Orcas. The lynchets on the southern slope are particularly pronounced and might form part of a deep hollow way. (EA 2022; GE 2014)
