Full Description

The 1:25-inch scale Ordnance Survey maps published in 1887 and 1903 depict a post medieval farm building with associated ponds within a rectangular enclosure. The building is visible in aerial photographs dating to 1947 and 1972, but had been demolished by c. 2000, by which time the enclosure had been replaced by an area of plantation. Some earthworks, and above or below-ground remains may survive within the platation.
