Part of a probable medieval field system is visible as low earthworks in a field to the northwest of Over Compton on 2022 composite DTM lidar imagery, potentially overlying earlier field boundaries of possible later prehistoric date at its western end (MDO50833). The later railway now truncates the features.

Part of a probable medieval field system is visible as low earthworks in a field to the northwest of Over Compton on 2022 composite DTM lidar imagery, potentially overlying earlier field boundaries of possible later prehistoric date at its western end (MDO50833).
