Part of a possible later prehistoric field system is visible as low earthworks in a field to the northwest of Over Compton on 2022 composite DTM lidar imagery, potentially overlain at the southern end by part of a medieval field system (MDO50834). The system comprises of small sub-rectangular fields connecting two larger axial banks, aligned approx. north-south. <1>
