Full Description

The 1st edition OS map depicts an elongated header pond associated with a pair of mill buildings at Trent Mill; two channels then carry the water through the mill complex and reconnect with Trent Brook. The 2nd edition appears to show a smaller leat running down the centre of the elongated enclosure holding the pond. Current (2026) OS mastermap shows an extant leat, holding water. <1, 2>
