Monument record MDO50635 - Medieval and later field boundaries, ridge and furrow, Marsh Farm, Ibberton

Fragments of a medieval and later field system at Marsh Farm, Ibberton, is visible as banked and ditched earthworks on 1940s aerial photographs and Environment Agency lidar imagery. The features comprise banked field boundaries, some of which might have been part of an area of medieval strip field, alongside fragments of possible medieval ridge and furrow cultivation. The features were digitally recorded during the Mid Dorset Downs AIM project.
